APEX or MyFundedFutures? With each firm's 50K evaluation rules (checked in October 2026) and 3,000 simulated evaluations per trader, MyFundedFutures passes more often for 4 of the 5 traders we simulated, APEX for 1. A word on these percentages: they come from simulated traders who follow their plan without a single mistake and with fixed statistics. Far fewer pass in reality. Topstep reports that 16.8% of the evaluations started in 2025 were completed, although 51.8% of the people who took at least one reached the funded account at least once, because many try several times. Use them to compare one firm's rules with another's, not to predict how often you'll pass. What separates the two groups is in how to pass a prop firm evaluation.

Which one to choose

Prices change every week with discount codes, so they are left out. To compare cost, divide the price you pay by the pass rate: an evaluation that costs $100 and passes 25% of the time costs $400 per passed account.
