Prop firms from Spain and Latin America: which firms accept your country and how you get paid (2026)

APEX, Lucid, Topstep, Tradeify and MyFundedFutures, country by country: whether they accept you, how you get paid (Plane, Rise, wire or crypto), what it costs and how long it takes. With official sources.

None of these five futures prop firms has Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay or the Dominican Republic on its restricted list. All of them exclude Venezuela, and in Ecuador only APEX and Topstep are open. What changes is how you get paid: APEX pays a local bank account through Plane, Topstep only by international wire ($30 and 5 to 10 business days, plus 1 to 3 of internal approval), and Tradeify and MyFundedFutures through Rise, in local currency in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay.

Everything comes from each firm's official pages and its payment providers', checked on October 21, 2026. Firms change their country lists without notice, so check them before you buy.

No firm publishes a list of accepted countries: “yes” means your country isn't on its restricted list. Live (real money) accounts may have other rules.

The main rule is where you live, but Lucid also excludes by nationality, and Topstep and MyFundedFutures look at both. A Venezuelan living in Spain can join APEX and can ask Topstep for a review (with a Spanish residence document and bank statement); Lucid won't accept them, and Tradeify's and MyFundedFutures' rules don't make it clear. Your address, your ID and your bank account must be in an accepted country, and some firms check where you trade from.

What they ask for

Before you buy

  1. Check that neither your country of residence nor your nationality is on the firm's restricted list today.
  2. Pick the firm with the payout method that suits your bank: local currency, dollars or crypto.
  3. Do the math on the net: split, fees, conversion and local taxes. On a $1,000 payout, a $30 wire and a 90/10 split leave you about $870 before your bank's fees (the firm doesn't say in which order it applies them).
  4. Read why payouts get denied and check your numbers with the payout calculator.
  5. Keep records of what you pay and get paid: you may need them for your taxes (ask an advisor in your country).

One platform note: Topstep only offers TopstepX (and Quantower connected to it, on the Combine and XFA). If you use NinjaTrader, check the other firms' connections.
